Role: People and Culture Administrator We are looking for an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our People and Culture team in a dynamic role that supports recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. This position offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of HR functions. What you can expect: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating face-to-face interviews. Assist with the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience. Maintain HR and compliance requirements, including record keeping, policy adherence, and documentation accuracy. Respond to HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner, providing quality support to employees and managers. Providing support with systems like Visual Care, Expr3ss, and Etrainu.

- You’ll be confident in communicating with staff, managers, and candidates across the organisation.
- You’ll have the ability to manage HR systems and maintain compliance records with accuracy and discretion.

Essentials: - Have a minimum of 1+ years experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Recruitment or similar.
- Have a qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and the employee life cycle
- Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
- National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
- Experience using HR and recruitment systems.
- A base knowledge of employment laws and regulations is highly desired.
