St Louis Care is made up of four specialist service areas:

  • St Louis Homes – NDIS-approved provider for younger onset dementia
  • St Louis Home Care – Government-approved and private support at home care provider
  • St Louis Nursing Home – Boutique residential aged care
  • St Louis Allied Health – Covering both Metro and Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) allied health services supporting South Australian communities

 

Role: Registered Nurse – Home Care

(Marryatville | Full-time or Part-time)

 

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse who loves connecting with people and making a real difference every day? Join our caring and experienced St Louis Home Care team in Marryatville, where your clinical skills help older Australians live safely, confidently, and independently at home.

 

You’ll be part of a supportive, values-led team that truly respects your expertise and gives you the time and space to provide meaningful, person-centred care.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Deliver holistic nursing care, including assessments, care planning, wound and chronic condition management, and palliative support.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

  • Manage your own schedule effectively while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes.

  • Contribute to service improvements and help shape the client experience.

 

What you will bring:

  • Strong clinical judgment and confidence in chronic condition, wound, and palliative care.

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills; able to work independently but enjoy being part of a team.

  • Genuine passion for supporting older people and enhancing their quality of life.

  • Comfort with IT systems and accurate documentation.

 

Essentials:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
  • Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
  • Australian Driver's Licence (minimum P2s)

 

Desirable: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in aged care or community nursing
