St Louis Care is made up of four specialist service areas:

  • St Louis Homes – NDIS-approved provider for younger onset dementia
  • St Louis Home Care – Government-approved and private home care provider
  • St Louis Nursing Home – Boutique residential aged care
  • St Louis Allied Health – FIFO allied health services supporting remote South Australian communities

Join our team at St Louis Homes in Victor Harbor as an experienced NDIS Support Worker and make a meaningful impact in a premium, client-focused environment. Working under the guidance of Dementia Care Specialists, you’ll support clients with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation. We’re looking for a motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence. Role: Support Worker

To be successful in this role:

  • Have a person-centered approach to support people in their daily living
  • Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours, will be an advantage
  • Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts

 

Essentials:

  • National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Up to date Influenza vaccination
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2s)
