We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Victor Harbor Home Care team. This dynamic part-time role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting older Australians to live independently and safely in their own homes. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to provide holistic, client-centred care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.

Role: Registered Nurse – Home Care (Victor Harbor, Part-Time)

Days and hours negotiable with the successful candidate.

To be successful in this role:

• You’ll bring strong clinical assessment and care planning skills, particularly in managing chronic conditions, wound care, and palliative care
• You’ll have a passion for community care and a commitment to helping clients live safely and independently at home

Essentials:

• National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
• Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Desirable: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aged care or community nursing
