We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Adelaide Aged Care and Support at Home teams. About the Role We are looking for a warm, motivated Occupational Therapist to provide community‑based services to Support at Home clients across metropolitan Adelaide. This role suits an OT who enjoys autonomy, meaningful connection, and supporting older adults to live independently, safely, and with dignity. What You’ll Do - Provide high‑quality OT assessments and intervention to Support at Home clients
- Develop tailored therapeutic plans based on client goals
- Support clients to maximise independence, safety, and functional capacity at home
- Prescribe equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with program requirements

Essential Requirements - Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- 1–2 years’ experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- National Police Clearance (within 2 years)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid SA driver’s licence
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Annual flu vaccination
