We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physiotherapist to join our Adelaide Aged Care and Support at Home teams. If you are passionate about person‑centred care and love building meaningful relationships with older people, this role is for you.

About the Role

We are seeking a warm, motivated Physiotherapist to join our expanding Allied Health team, providing community-based Physiotherapy services to Support at Home clients across metropolitan Adelaide.

This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building meaningful relationships, working autonomously, and making a real difference in clients’ independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

What you’ll do

• Provide high‑quality Physiotherapy assessments and interventions for Support at Home Program recipients
• Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Support clients to maintain independence, safety, and mobility at home
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

This is the perfect role for a Physio who wants to specialise in aged care and make a genuine impact—right here in Adelaide.

About You

• You are a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist who is passionate about supporting older adults to remain safe, independent, and active at home.
• You take pride in delivering person‑centred care and building meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• You enjoy working autonomously in the community while still being part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
• You communicate clearly, use sound clinical judgment, and take a proactive approach to problem‑solving and client outcomes.
• Above all, you value dignity, respect, and choice — and you bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
• National Police Clearance (within 2 years)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Valid SA driver’s licence
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Annual flu vaccine
